Here at Capri New Style Miami we are fully committed to the safety and well being of our team and clients, so with this in mind, we have taken measures to ensure the restaurant is up to the highest of standards to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 amongst our community.

What We Are Doing:

Extra cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitization of the restaurant following guidelines from the government, WHO & CDC.
– Germicidal UV lights installed to our air conditioning system.
– The staff wears masks at all times.
– Regular hand washing and glove-wearing.
– Reduction of teams working at once.
– Implemented social distancing at all tables.
– Hand sanitizer or wipes on each table.
– QR Codes Menus accessible through your mobile phone camera.

We will always be offering delivery and curbside pickup.

Clients Guidelines & Policies:

-Please call to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
-All clients are required to wear a mask at all times in the restaurant, except while eating.
-Please attend to be seated alone and without pets.

Waiting will not be permitted inside the restaurant. You will only be allowed inside at the time of your reservation.

Massimiliano Stamerra

Master Pizza Chef & Acrobatic Pizza World Champion Massimiliano Stammerra’s family opened the first restaurant, named Capri, in 1991 in a small town known by the name of Racale, in the south of Italy.

In 2005, Massimiliano, with his new intriguing and adventurous style of cooking, started his own venue in Gallipoli, a beautiful city in the province of Lecce, Salento, Italy.

After years, specializing in his unique style, in 2018 he moved in Miami Beach, opening the new restaurant and pizzeria Capri New Style Miami.

Giovanni Orifici

Master Executive Chef Giovanni Orifici, from the small city of Paternò in Sicily, Italy, started young working in a hotel in town specialized in catering for events and parties.

He made other experiences in Italy and than started bringing his experience abroad. Tunis, Brasil, Dubai UAE, Sidney Australia.

Worked with the 2 Michelin Star Massimo Montarro as Sous Chef for 3 years and in 2018 moved to Miami Beach with Massimo Stamerra to open Capri New Style Miami.

CapriNewStyle, a restaurant furnished in family style and equipped with all comforts, is open everyday for lunch and dinner.

It’s the perfect solution for spending pleasant moments, enjoying good food, with friends, family, or your special one.

We offer our clients a variety of dishes choices. All is fresh and prepared daily with the upmost care.

We also take care of our clientele offering Gluten Free Pasta, Gluten Free Bread, Gluten Free Pizza. We worked with separate preparation tables and with separate ovens so to avoid cross contamination.

At Capri New Style Miami everything is fresh and prepared daily.

We produce different variation of the classic Pizza dough:

We produce all of our Mozzarella in our in house laboratory.
